WHAT IT DOES: Automatically delivers a fixed, pre-set, constant flow rate of water or liquid, regardless of pressure differential variations across the valve.

How Pure Mechanical Ingenuity Works


Instead of complex electronics, motorized actuators, or wearing mechanical linkages, the core technology relies on a precision-molded rubber control ring fitted inside the valve body:

As pressure increases, the flexible rubber orifice instantly reduces its diameter to restrict flow. As pressure decreases, the orifice opens back up, maintaining the exact same pre-set flow rate.

  1. When pressure differential increases: The orifice diameter of the flexible rubber ring reduces in direct response, maintaining the exact pre-set flow rate.

  2. When pressure differential decreases: The orifice diameter expands automatically to allow the required volume through, preserving constant flow.


Because the controlling element is flexible rubber, normal operation causes it to flex continuously. This flexing action naturally prevents scale build-up on the rubber's surface, keeping the valve self-cleaning and maintenance-free.
