When you think about the fathers and mentors who impact our lives, a few distinct traits come to mind: strength, dependability, and an unwavering commitment to keeping things running smoothly.
In the industrial world, your facility needs that exact same level of reliability from its fluid-handling equipment. This June, as we celebrate Father's Day, Coastal Reliability Solutions is proud to spotlight our lineup of Pentair Pumps. Built with a long-standing reputation for engineering excellence, these rugged, heavy-duty pump systems are designed to deliver a level of toughness you can count on—day in and day out. Our ultimate mission is simple: to provide the local support and technical tools required to keep your entire system running at peak performance.

The Pentair Powerhouse Trio
We know that unexpected system downtime is never an option. To keep your operations moving, we supply three of Pentair’s most trusted pump brands, each optimized to handle your most demanding site applications:

Engineered for high-efficiency municipal and industrial fluid transport, Fairbanks Nijhuis systems excel where high-volume movement is critical.
Circulating Water Systems: The Vertical Mixed and Axial Flow Propeller Pumps are specifically designed for applications requiring moderate- to high-volume fluid movement with low-to-moderate discharge pressures.
Reduced Component Wear: These systems operate at lower operational speeds, which naturally minimizes mechanical wear over extended production cycles.
Application Flexibility: They are easily adaptable to shifting hydraulic conditions and various design codes, making them a premier choice for raw water intake, cooling water circulation, storm water management, process services, and flood control.
2. Aurora®

Aurora provides a highly versatile, comprehensive lineup of models engineered to seamlessly integrate into diverse general industrial environments.
End Suction Pumps: Offered in both vertical and space-saving in-line mounting configurations, utilizing flanged or threaded connections depending on your exact piping blueprint.
Vertical Multistage Pumps (PVMs): Highly suitable for standard water transfer as well as lightly aggressive slurries. These units span a broad power range from 1/2 to 60 HP.
Simplified Maintenance: Each PVM includes a specialized cartridge mechanical seal that can be fully serviced and replaced quickly without the need to dismantle the pump housing, cutting your maintenance hours significantly.
3. Myers Aplex®

When your process demands extreme high-pressure performance and continuous, rugged duty, the Myers Aplex line stands up to the challenge.
High-Pressure Reciprocating Pumps: This robust product line spans from 5 to 400 HP, capable of handling demanding fluid dynamics with pressures reaching up to 5,500 PSI and flow rates up to 600 GPM.
Seamless Field Customization: Every reciprocating unit is highly customizable to fit directly into your existing infrastructure, offering options like integral hydraulic drives, specialized base mountings, and a broad array of auxiliary equipment.
Severe Industrial Service: Built tough enough to serve as the baseline technology for intense operations, including heavy-duty industrial sewer jetting, hydro excavating, and high-precision waterjet machining.
Thank You for Connecting at the 49th AIChE Conference!
We want to extend a sincere thank you to all the engineering professionals, plant managers, and procurement partners who took the time to visit the Coastal Reliability Solutions table at the 49th AIChE Conference at the Tradewinds!

It was a privilege to showcase our premier process technologies, including:
Sundyne Honeywell Sealless Pump Technology: Reviewing the zero-leakage, high-containment designs of HMD Kontro and Ansimag magnetic drive pumps.
Assmann Corporation of America: Showcasing their advanced, corrosion-resistant polyethylene Chemical Storage Tanks engineered for maximum chemical compatibility and environmental safety.
Calendar & Logistics Reminders
Please audit your upcoming maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and logistics pipelines in light of these upcoming summer facility updates:
Independence Day Closure (America's 250th): In honor and observance of this historic Independence Day milestone, the Coastal Reliability Solutions main office and warehouse will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. Please note that our emergency support never takes a holiday—our 24/7 emergency hotline is fully operational. If you experience an urgent critical failure, call our main office line and select Option #4 to immediately reach our technician on call.
PSG Group - Blackmer Annual Plant Shutdown: The annual Blackmer manufacturing facility shutdown is scheduled to take place from July 2nd through July 10th. Factory production lines and standard component shipments will be completely paused during this period. We strongly urge your team to review your active rotating equipment spare parts, mechanical seal kits, and pump inventory immediately so we can submit your orders early and prevent supply chain delays.
Ready to optimize your facility's pump hydraulics? Whether you need to retrofit an existing setup or spec out a completely new line, our application customer support team is ready to help. Contact Coastal Reliability Solutions today to speak with a specialist or request an on-site system assessment.
